به این معناست که منی فاقد اسپرم بوده است.

Molecular Analysis by Multiplex PCR:
Many specific sequence tagged sited (STS) of Y chromosome were selected from an
STS map. Multiplex PCR was done on all of these sites from the four important
spermatogenesis loci AZFa, AZFb& AZFc spanning Yq11 intervals 5 and 6
Microdeletions of Yq11 are associated with azoospermia and severe oligozoospermia
Results:
The molecular analysis of four sub-regions in internals 5 and 6 of Y11 chromosome
reveals that Mr**** does not have any microdeletion in these sub-regions
Result: 15 metaphase spreads were studied on the basis of GTG techniques at 400-450band
resolution,revealing chromosomes inciuding an extra X chromosome
Other subtle genetic changes beyond the technical limits of the preparation and
low-level mosaicism are potentially possible . A karyotype cannot detect mutant genes

به طور اجمالی هیچ ریز حذف غیر طبیعی(مربوط به کروموزومY)ندارد.
ژن جهش یافته نیز رویت نشده است.
اما گمان می کنم در مورد کروموزوم x اضافی و احتمال موزاییسم مطلبی گفته شده است.
در هر حال تشیخص کاملاً با متخصص است. آیا هنوز رویت نکرده اند؟
